VIOPATCH is India’s first herbal pain relief patch. It is a safer and side-effect free alternative to oral pain killers and a non-messy, non-smelly alternative to sprays/ointments. The patch can be applied anytime, anywhere (like a band-aid) and delivers a constant dose of medicine to the pain affected area for 12 hours (unlike sprays / gels which need re-application every 2-3 hours).
With presence in more than 10 countries, we manufacture products that comply with product quality, testing and GMP requirements globally and are accepted by regulators across the world. Our products are custom developed according to client requirements in the specific geography. We conduct stability studies (shelf life studies) in 3 climatic zones. Our team has rich experience of filing for approvals in regulated international markets.
Located in Delhi, our manufacturing site is dedicated for manufacturing of topical and transdermal patches. With Vertically integrated manufacturing processes, our site is equipped with state of the art manufacturing, packaging and air/dust handling equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements across the world. Our warehouses are temperature and humidity controlled and all our manufacturing operations are done in an ISO Class 8 Clean Room or higher.
We have an in-house R&D and Quality Control Laboratories where we conduct physical assessment, active assays, adhesion assessment, skin diffusion studies and stability studies of topical patches. Our laboratory is equipped with latest Gas Chromatographs, HPLC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometers among other analytical instruments. In addition to tests done in-house, we have agreements with NABL certified laboratories for testing of heavy metals, pesticides, aflatoxins, residual solvents and microbiology in topical patches.
Our manufacturing site has been inspected and approved by the world’s leading drug regulatory authorities. We have also been endorsed by means of multiple client / company audits and regulatory inspections for not only GMP compliance but also Social compliance with respect to vendor, client and employee welfare. Our manufacturing site has been inspected by US-FDA with no Official Actions Indicated and certified by ANVISA, Brazil. We are also enrolled in the GMP Retail Certification Program by UL Verification Services, Inc. (UL Lab) and are inspected annually for GMP compliance. Our site is also AYUSH premium certified (compliance with WHO-GMP requirements) and is inspected annually for conformance to guidelines by Quality Council of India.
